The terms governing trade accounts and purchases from Auto Logic. Last updated June 2026.
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotations, orders and supply of goods by Auto Logic ("we", "us", "our"), a trade supplier of automotive parts based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. By placing an order you confirm that you are purchasing in the course of a business and that you accept these terms.
2. Trade accounts
Certain pricing, credit terms and features are available only to approved trade accounts. We may request trade licence and identification documents before approving an account, and we reserve the right to decline or withdraw an account at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all orders placed under your account.
3. Prices & VAT
Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate. Prices may change without notice; the price applicable to an order is the price confirmed at the time the order is accepted. Promotional and contract pricing is subject to the conditions stated for each offer.
4. Orders & acceptance
An order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm and accept the order. We may decline or limit quantities on any order, including where stock is unavailable or where a pricing or description error has occurred. Part numbers, fitment data and images are provided as a guide only — it is the buyer's responsibility to confirm the correct part for the application before ordering.
5. Payment terms
Unless an approved credit facility (for example Net 30) is in place, payment is due in full before dispatch. For accounts with credit terms, invoices are payable within the agreed period from the invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend supply or place an account on hold where amounts are overdue, and to charge interest on late payments as permitted by UAE law.
6. Title & risk
Risk in the goods passes to the buyer on delivery or collection. Ownership of the goods remains with us until we have received payment in full for them and any other amounts owed on the account.
7. Warranties & genuine parts
Goods are supplied with the benefit of any applicable manufacturer warranty. Where parts are described as genuine or OEM, they are sourced accordingly; aftermarket and equivalent parts are identified as such. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may require the part and supporting evidence (for example fitment records) to be returned for assessment.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the goods giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for labour, fitting, downtime, loss of profit or other indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable regulations of the Emirate of Sharjah, and the courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction over any dispute.
