How do I open a trade account?
Use Apply for Trade Account and submit your trade licence and contact details. Once approved you'll unlock trade pricing, order history and — subject to assessment — credit terms.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order for counter and standard delivery. Free or scheduled delivery thresholds, where offered, are confirmed for your account.
What payment terms do you offer?
Cash and card on standard accounts, with Net 30 (or other agreed) credit terms available to approved trade accounts following a credit assessment.
Do you supply genuine or aftermarket parts?
Both. Each product is identified as genuine/OEM or aftermarket so you can choose what suits the job and the budget.
How do I make sure a part fits?
Use the vehicle and part-number search, check the fitment and alternate part numbers on the product page, and contact us if you need help confirming an application before ordering.
Can I get bulk or contract pricing?
Yes. Talk to the trade desk about volume and contract pricing for workshops and fleets.
How fast is delivery?
In-stock items are usually same or next business day in Sharjah and the Northern Emirates, and 1–2 business days across the wider UAE. See Shipping & Delivery.
What is your returns policy?
Unused parts in original packaging can be returned within 14 days. Full details are on the Returns & Refunds page.
Do you provide VAT invoices?
Yes — every order is supported by a compliant tax invoice, available from your account order history.
