Shipping & Delivery
Delivery options, lead times and charges across the UAE and GCC. Last updated June 2026.
Coverage
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates and arrange export to GCC markets for trade customers. Orders are dispatched from our Sharjah facility.
Lead times
- Sharjah & Northern Emirates: same-day or next-business-day for in-stock items on orders placed before the daily cut-off.
- Dubai, Abu Dhabi & wider UAE: typically 1–2 business days for in-stock items.
- GCC export: by arrangement, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Stock availability is shown on each product page. Special-order parts are quoted with an estimated lead time at the point of order.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges depend on order value, weight and destination and are confirmed at checkout or on your quotation. Approved trade accounts may qualify for scheduled routes and consolidated deliveries — ask the trade desk for details.
Tracking & receipt
You will be notified when your order is dispatched. Please inspect goods on receipt and note any shortage or visible damage on the delivery documentation. Report discrepancies to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve them quickly.
Collection
Orders can be collected from our Sharjah counter. We will confirm when your order is ready; please bring your order number and account or identification.
