Returns & Refund Policy
How to return a part and how refunds are handled. Last updated June 2026.
Return window
Unused parts in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns outside this window may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking charge.
Condition of returned goods
To qualify for a refund or exchange, parts must be unused, unfitted and in a resaleable condition with all original packaging, labels and seals intact. We are unable to accept parts that have been installed, modified, marked or damaged after delivery.
Non-returnable items
- Electrical and electronic components once fitted or where the seal is broken.
- Special-order, bespoke or non-stock items brought in to order.
- Fluids, lubricants and consumables that have been opened.
- Items returned without proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Contact our trade desk with your invoice or order number to request a Return Authorisation. Returns must reference this authorisation. You are responsible for return carriage unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed warranty fault.
Restocking
Correctly supplied parts returned for reasons other than our error may be subject to a restocking charge of up to 15% to cover handling and inspection. Parts supplied incorrectly by us, or found to be faulty, are returned and replaced at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or credited to your trade account, typically within 7–10 business days. We will notify you if a return cannot be accepted and arrange its return to you.
